By accessing our website or engaging our services as a Shipper, Broker, Motor Carrier, Driver, or Equipment Lessor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access our site or utilize our services.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you consent to receive text messages (including but not limited to updates, notifications, and promotions) from us to the phone number you provide. You may receive recurring messages depending on your subscription or interaction with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To opt in to our SMS communications, you will need to follow the opt-in procedure provided. This may include sending a specific keyword to a designated short code or phone number. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to receive messages as described in these Terms.
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by following the instructions in the message you received. Generally, you can reply with “STOP” to any of our SMS messages to unsubscribe from the Service. Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.
Dispatch Authorization: Independent carriers utilizing our dispatch services grant Bee Logistics Inc authorization to contact freight brokers, negotiate freight rates, and execute Rate Confirmations on the carrier’s behalf as an agent.
Independent Contractor Status: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership between Bee Logistics Inc and independent carriers, owner-operators, or equipment lessors.
Rate Confirmations: Freight rates, accessorial fees, detention rates, and fuel surcharges shall be governed by individually executed Rate Confirmations for each shipment.
Cargo Liability: Cargo loss or damage claims shall be handled in accordance with the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and applicable federal regulations. All claims must be filed in writing within statutory timeframes.
Ownership: All content on beelogistics.co, including logos, text, graphics, design, software, and branding, is the property of Bee Logistics Inc and protected by intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse our site, attempt unauthorized access to our servers, transmit harmful code, or scrape data without explicit written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Bee Logistics Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our website or services.
Bee Logistics Inc is not responsible for transit delays resulting from weather, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, border delays, or acts of God beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bee Logistics Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable transportation regulations.
All parties engaging with Bee Logistics Inc agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including rules governed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), and relevant labor/safety codes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated to you through an updated version of this page. By continuing to use the Service after the changes are made, you accept the modified Terms.
